It can accommodate 1 to 4 guests at a time. In the main house you may stay in a two room apartment with kitchen, bathroom and terrace and in the middle of apple garden in a wood house with lake view (room, bath and terrace). A space to use as studio can be arranged in the old barn. Basic working tools are available.

If there is availability spouses are accepted.

An every hour bus stops near the house and can drive you in Suceava's downtown in 15 minutes and in 10 minutes to the local open vegetable and fruit market and to supermarkets.

A suggested donation of 10 euro per night to cover residency running costs - electricity, cooking gas, water, heating, wifi.
